A Montecito home built approximately 10 years ago was recently purchased.  In the buyer’s investigation, the new owners realized there were a couple of unused, dead spaces that were never constructed. 

The first unused space was designed and built into a beautiful ocean view guest house with bedroom, bath and sitting area.  This guest house has both a main residence entrance as well as its own private exterior entrance.    The second unused area was designed and built out as a custom wine cellar and storage pantry.
